Scouts from New Jersey's 7th Congressional District who have achieved or will achieve the rank of Eagle Scout between July 2023 and the end of 2024 were invited to attend. Additionally, parents, Scoutmasters and other adult scout leaders from across the district were also welcomed to join the celebration with their Scouts.
