(September 13, 2024) BRIDGEWATER, NJ – Today, Congressman Tom Kean, Jr. (NJ-07) hosted his second annual Seniors of Distinction event at the Bridgewater Township Senior Center, to honor outstanding seniors in the community.
Congressman Kean honored 29 seniors, who represent all six counties in New Jersey’s 7th Congressional District. Each senior was nominated by their friends, families, and neighbors and recognized at the event.

Additionally, parents, Scoutmasters and other adult scout leaders from across the district were also welcomed to join the celebration with their Scouts.

(August 9, 2024) WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ – Yesterday, Congressman Tom Kean, Jr. (NJ-07) toured the Washington Township Police Department in Morris County ahead of the FY25 appropriations discussion to gain insight into local law enforcement needs and priorities. Congressman Kean requested $560,000 for Washington Township in this year’s FY25 appropriation process. This funding would be used for communication technology upgrades for emergency operations of the police department to allow the agency to meet the growing needs of the community.

A recent study revealed that a single IVF cycle—defined as ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval and embryo transfer—can range from $15,000 to $30,000, depending on the center and the patient’s individual medication needs.
