Congressional App Challenge 2026

Each year, the U.S. House of Representatives hosts the Congressional App Challenge. This is an annual coding competition designed to encourage student participation in computer science and coding and an opportunity for students to compete against their peers by creating an application (also known as an “app”) for desktop/PC, web, tablet, mobile, Raspberry Pi or other devices.

The winning App from the 7th Congressional District may be put on display in the U.S. Capitol Building for one year and will be featured on the House of Representatives website.
