(July 16, 2023) Washington, DC - Congressman Tom Kean, Jr. (NJ-07) sent a letter to New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy today urging the immediate declaration of a state of emergency to address the severe flooding and resulting destruction that has impacted communities throughout Warren County, New Jersey, and a myriad of towns in the Seventh Congressional District.
