(August 1, 2023) Bernardsville, NJ - Congressman Tom Kean, Jr. (NJ-07) released the following statement following the passing of New Jersey Lieutenant Governor Sheila Oliver:

"I am deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Lieutenant Governor Sheila Oliver. She was a dedicated public servant who brought passion, integrity, and compassion to her work. From East Orange to the Statehouse, Lieutenant Governor Oliver's commitment to improving the lives of her constituents was tireless. Her leadership and advocacy will be sorely missed.
