(April 24, 2024) WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Tom Kean, Jr. (NJ-07) released the following statement following the passing of Congressman Donald Payne, Jr.  

“Rhonda and I are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Congressman Donald Payne, Jr. this morning. Donald will be remembered for his decency, passion, and selflessness.
