Kean Constituent Services Resolve 1,000 Cases

(July 24, 2023) WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, Congressman Tom Kean, Jr. (NJ-07) announced that his casework team has closed 1,000 casework cases since taking office in January 2023. This represents 6 months of work on behalf of constituents who have contacted the office for prompt customer service when federal agencies were slow to deliver. This includes casework such as military benefits, passport services, IRS, Medicare, Social Security benefits, and more.

“I came to Congress to serve New Jerseyans and to help them in any way possible,” said Congressman Kean, “I am incredibly proud of our team who go above and beyond to help constituents. We will continue to work hard on your behalf every day.”

Since the office opened in January of 2023, Kean and his team have closed over 1,000 constituent cases, representing over $1,100,000.00 million dollars returned to New Jerseyans in District 7. From the beginning of Congressman Kean’s term in office, Team Kean has closed close to 127 cases per month, helping constituents save money from the IRS, Social Security Administration, and other federal agencies. The top three groups of people served are seniors, veterans, and families.

“I am very impressed by the service I received and the timeline in which my matter was resolved! I cannot thank you enough," said Jennifer R. from Mountainside.
